Find The DownBeat
The number one reason your mix is off is because the DownBeat Marker is not on the correct beat!

Align The Bar Markers
If the Bar Markers are not on beat 1 of every bar. You will experience tempo drift and mixing will become a challenge

Correct The Grid Of Both Tracks
The grid of both tracks have to be identical for smooth beat matching and seamless transitions.
